Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. boundary wall construction works/retaining wall construction works/building construction works of Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk. 3,00,00,000.00 (Three crore) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT. The same must be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer with his/her address and contract number ,email no for the convince authentication.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7,00,00,000.00(Seven crore) The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,50,00,000.00(One crore Fifty Lakh).
4) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 4,00,00,000.00(Four crore)
