Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. boundary wall construction works/retaining wall construction works/building construction works of Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk. 1,15,00,000.00 (One Crore Fifteen Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.
2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 1,00,00,000.00 (One Crore) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 65,00,000.00(Sixty Five Lakh).
4) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 1,30,00,000.00 (One Crore Thirty Lakh).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Kurigram-Lalmonirhat PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
