Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in the field of Construction of 33/11/6.35 KV Underground Cable Laying through HDD Boring including supply, installation of HDPE Pipe successfully completed in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk.13,00,000.00 (Thirteen Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The same must be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer with his/her address and contract number,email no for the convience authintication.
2. The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 8,00,000.00(Eight Lakh).
4. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 16,00,000.00(Sixteen Lakh).
