Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor : A satisfactory completion of similar works at Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization at least Tk. 90,00,000.00 (Ninty Lakh) under a single (One) contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.
2) The minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 85,00,000.00 (Eighty Five Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication IFT.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh).
4) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 1.00,00,000.00 (One Crores).
5) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site of the Kurigram-Lalmonirhat PBS HQ Complex & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
