Eligibility criteria:
1)The minimum Specific experience as a Prime Contractor at least one (1) contract of Land Development works in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization and successfully completed within the last 05(five) years , with a value of at least Tk.6,00,00000(Six crore).years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The same must be issued by an officer not below the rank of executive engineer with his/her address and contract number,email no for the convience authintication.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk10,10,00,000.00(Ten crore Ten Lakh),The period may be best three (3) years in the last five (5) years
3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3,00,00,000.00(Three crore).
4) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 7,50,00,000.00(Seven crore Fifty Lakh)
