Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Bidder as a registered company should have a legal entity to enter into contracts with at least (5) years of experience in the relevant business including IT based profession.
2. The Bidder must have at least 3 (three) Similar Contract of single contract value BDT 23 (Twenty) Lac. Details of experience of the Bidder are to be submitted along with the bid in support of proof.
3. The Bidder should have own/representative office with well-equipped service/support/system up-gradation cell manned with minimum 5 years experienced technical personnel for installation, maintenance and support to the proposed products/ systems. Evidence should be submitted along with the proposal.
4. The Bidder shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter for the mentioned product as per Technical Specification.
5. Bidder must be submitted at least 3 (Three) Project Complication Certificate along with the bid as evidence.
6. The Bidder must submit CVs & All the Major Item Certificate of at least 05 Offered products certified engineers having expertise in installing, testing, commissioning, and maintaining of Offered Solution.
7. Bidder shall have Incorporation Certificate.
8. Bidder shall have valid ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015.
9. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 20 Lac. Bidder must latest Liquid asset Certificate (30 days before submission date)
10. Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
11. Bidder should have Import & Export License
12. Bidder should prove 1 ( one) year support
