* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.

Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 3 (three) years continuously counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Stationary items) of 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of minimum BDT. 10,00,000/- (Taka ten lakh only).
3.Updated Trade License with Payment slip and Trade License must be Identical to the related works.
4. e-TIN Certificate and Last 03 (Three) years Income Tax Payment Certificate with tax return slip
5. Updated Company profile including registered address.
6. Distributor/Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter must be submitted for all items from the company in which the tenderer will supply the items.
7. Tenderer must submit previous 03 (three) years Audit report
8. Catalogue/Brochure shall submit
9. Updated Chamber of commerce certificate (with money deposit receipt)
10. Attested specimen signature, Copy of NID and photo of the tender must be submitted.
11. Updated Notarized Declaration starting that the institution is not non-bankrupt and not-blacklisted anywhere.
12. Update BIN certificate, VAT Honor Card, Last 3-months VAT return with Vat online verification copy
13. Bank solvency certificate should be after published the tender and bank statement for last six months.
14. If a tenderer submits any kind of false information or if the verification report not found on time, then the tender evaluation committee can make decision as per rule
15. For Clearification of any sample item you may visit offcie within last date of submission.
