* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2733333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2733333 ~ 8200000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number building construction works worth not less than Tk 20 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk. 45 Lakh only during last 5 (five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover.
The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 25 Lakh only.
The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License. FY-2025-2026.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.
The bill will be paid upon receipt of funds
