* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in AC supply and installation works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
(b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one numberAC supply and installation works worth not less than Tk 10.00 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
(c) The required average annual turn over must be greater than Tk. 15.00 Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual AC Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
(d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 9 Lakh only.
(e) The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License , ABC/BC/C category Electrical license & supervisory license
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
(g) Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.
(h) The bill will be paid upon receipt of funds.
