* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in Sub-station and Genarator Repair, Maintenance & servicing works.
(b) Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number Sub-station and Genarator Repair, Maintenance & servicing works worth not less than Tk 6.00 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual turn over must be greater than Tk. 8.00 Lakh only during last 5 (five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual AC Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
(d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)/Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 5 Lakh only.
(e) The tenderder must have updated VAT(13 digit), IT, Trade License , ABC/BC/C category Electrical license & supervisory license
(f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
(g) Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE.
(h) The bill will be paid upon receipt of funds
