Eligibility criteria:
As Per TDS and Eligibility of Tenderer:
Must have Registered License in the National e-GP portal Renewed up to Date.
NID Certificate
Valid Trade License renewed up to Date.
Income tax clearance Certificate Renewed up to Date.
VAT registration certificate up to Date.
Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in simillar type of works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
Bidder must be submitt quated price mention the renowned company ( like as Hatil , Otobi, Navana, Brothers. )
Tenderer Must submit Rate Analysis Sheet of his Qouted Rate.
Tenderer shall have experience in successfully completion of at least one number furniture supply and installation works worth not less than Tk 21 lakh only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 24 Lac. Only the balance of any day in between tender publishing date to tender receiving date (as per Tender Notice) as Bank balance supported by Bank statement will be taken in to account.
The required average annual turn over must be greater than Tk. 25 Lakh only during last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate Average Annual Furniture Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE
