Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have general experience of five (05) years.
b) The Tenderer must have a specific experience in similar works completed under a single contract having an amount not less than Tk. 9,00,000/- (Taka Nine Lakh only) within last 03 (Three) years in any Govt. owned/Autonomus/ Semi-Govt Organization/ Public Limited Power Company. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work CompletionCertificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full detailsof the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price asexecuted, completion period with date, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / ContractAgreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10,00,000/- (Taka Ten Lakh only) over the last three (03) years. Supporting documents to be submitted.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 8,00,000/- (Taka Eight Lakh only) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents stating the amount must be submitted.
N.B.: years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
