Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1400000 ~ 4200000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be at least Three (03) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of similar works under public sector of an amount at least BDT 13,00,000.00 (BDT Thirteen Lakh only) under Two (02) contract successfully completed within the last five (05) years. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
3.The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 1,500,000.00 (BDT Fifteen Lakh only) over the last 03 (Three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 Five) financial years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 1,500,000.00 (BDT Fifteen Lakh only) on or after the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.
