Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1950000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1950000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) Years.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods to any well reputed organization in one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15,00,000.00 (Fifteen Lakh Taka).
[Note-1: The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, performance of supplied items, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.

c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23,00,000.00 (Twenty-three Lakh Taka) on or after the date of publication of IFT. Supporting documents where amount is mentioned to be submitted as a proof.
