Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 28333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 85000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 28333333 ~ 85000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Electro-mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years
ii) A satisfactory completion of a simillar nature of work (Medical Gas Pipeline Transmission system) of at least Tk230 Lac under 01 contract over a period of 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper i. In case of the Works Done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority must be the concerned Executive Engineer.
a) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk 600 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.
iv) The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 190 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
v) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 230 lac.
vi) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
vii) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board
