Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works (Electro-mechanical works) as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature [Split type air-cooler] successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 90.00 Lakh.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 120.00 (One Hundred Twenty) Lakh only in the prescribed form mentioned in the STD against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
d) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from of AC manufacturer must be submitted in prescribed format.
e) Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
f) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
g) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled
