Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has
1. Up to date valid Trade license (FY 2025-26)
2. Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
3. Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2024-25) obtained from NBR
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT]
5. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of a simillar nature of goods supply work in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 10.00 lac in any government/semi government/autonomous/private organization within last 5 years from the date of IFT [regarding specific work experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the certifying officer shall be a senior level official and that certificate shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD]
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 14.50 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ( Form e-PG2-7) without alteration issued not earlier than 28 days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
7. Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2025-26) obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
8. Valid Manufacturer's authorization (Form e-PG2-5) Letter for the proposed brand of HT Cable
9. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & TDS & Tender
