* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 9000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
ii) A satisfactory completion of a simillar nature of work of at least Tk 23.00 Lac under 01 contract within 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
iii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 66.00 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 22.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ((Form PW2A-8) without alteration. In case of Bank credit facility it should be unconditional.(N.B: Liquid asset document must be in between publication date and opening date.)
v) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be 23.00 lac.The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with the following supporting documents i) Maximum value of Works performed in any 1 year during last 5 years and ii) Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next 12 months.
vi) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade Lisence (2025-2026), TIN registration Certificate, VAT registration certificate (13 Digit) & Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate (FY 2024-25) obtained from NBR.
vii) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license (FY 2025-26) obtained from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board
viii) All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & TDS & PCC.
