Brief Description of Package: The project consists of-
• Dismantling of existing old 1 (one) storied mosque (485 sqm) and removal of debrises including the old foundation.
• Construction of 1 (one) storied mosque (250 sqm) with minar.
• Construction of 1 (one) storied ablution and imam's room (60 sqm).
• Construction of internal road of mosque area.
• Peripheral gardening of mosque area.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 13333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 40000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 13333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (Ten) Years of overall experiences in Civil Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT which shall be supported by 1st Trade License.
The tenderer should satisfactory complete similar works of at least Tk 1,40,00,000.00/- under of contract(s) over a period of 3 years shall be required.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,50,00,000/- over the last three (3) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be

The minimum capacity shall be: 1,40,00,000.00/-
