Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Return acknowledgement/certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 [Seven] years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [One] contract(s) of construction of road successfully completed in any government/semi government/autonomous organization within the last 05 [five] years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, each with a value of at least Tk. 70,00,000.00 [Seventy Lac].
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1,00,00,000.00 [One crore] over the best 3 [three] years in the last 5 [five] financial years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60,00,000.00 [Sixty Lac].
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 70,00,000.00 [Seventy Lac].
