Brief Description of Package: The work includes:
Construction of one 5 (five) storied staff dormitory building with 8 (eight ) storied foundation including sanitary and electrical work.
Furniture is to be supplied for the rest house as per BoQ.
Lift is to be instaled as per specification.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 5000;
Tender Security: 3000000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Return acknowledgement/certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 [Ten] years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [One] contract(s) of construction of minimum 5 (five) storied building including sanitary and electrical work successfully completed in any government/semi government/autonomous/State owned organization within the last 05 [five] years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, with a value of at least Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 [Eight Crore].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 12,00,00,000.00 [Twelve Crore] over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2,50,00,000.00 [Two Crore Fifty Lac].
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 9,00,00,000.00 [Nine Crore].
