Brief Description of Package: The work includes:
• Construction of one 2 (two) storied Ansar Barrack with 3 (three) storied foundation including sanitary, electrical work at Khalishpur, Khulna.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000;
Tender Security: 600000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have updated Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Tax Return acknowledgement/certificate.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 07 [Seven] years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 [One] contract(s) of construction of minimum 2 (two) storied building including sanitary and electrical work successfully completed in any government/semi government/autonomous organization within the last 05 [five] years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,60,00,000.00 [One Crore Sixty Lac].
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2,50,00,000.00 [Two Crore Fifty Lac] over the last 05 [five] years.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1,00,00,000.00 [One Crore].
6. The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 2,00,00,000.00 [Two Crore].
