Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tenders is open to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1.Tenderer should have valid up to dated Trade Licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/ genuine chemical production factories agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) year Cooling water treatment Chemicals or Boiler Dosing Chemicals supply experience in BPDB otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit a 1(one) liter each sample by 19/05/2026 at 5:00 PM to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, in a suitable packet/jar/bottle, in order to fulfill the requirements mentioned in the technical specifications of the tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non- responsive.
6. After delivery, the winning contractor must submit laboratory test certificates for the supplied items from institutions such as BPDB Lab (except Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj), BUET, BAEC, BSTI, BCSIR, or any other government-recognized institute before the R&I. Unless these certificates are submitted, the R&I will not proceed, and the items will be sent back.
7. Tenderers must fulfil the requirements of TDS & PCC.
8. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
9. Tenderers must submit end user certificate of Cooling water treatment Chemicals or Boiler Dosing Chemicals as a proof of chemical supply experiences in BPDB or others Govt Organization otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.
