Brief Description of Package: Cleaning of mud, sand, debris, and other waste materials from the Clarifier and various tanks for the operation of the Cooling Tower and DM Plant at Bibiyana-3, 400 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Habiganj. The tenderer shall supply all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear for the execution of the work. If required by the purchaser, the tenderer must deploy at least one dedicated person to oversee or perform the work throughout the contract period.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter.
2. The Tenderer shall possess the legal capacity to enter into the Contract in accordance with applicable law.
3. The Tenderer must have experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar Clarifier Mud Cleaning/Sweeping work in BPDB within the last 3 (three) years; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive.
4. Tenderers must comply with all requirements specified in the TDS and PCC.
5.Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to work at any time the purchaser wants.
6. The Tenderer must submit an End User Certificate as proof of similar work experience; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive.
7. Tenderers shall provide evidence of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity may reasonably request.
