Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 8000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter.
2. The Tenderer must possess a valid Chemical Import License or a Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate / Agency Agreement from an authentic chemical manufacturer.
3. The Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successful supply experience of Boiler Water Treatment / Essential Power Plant Chemicals—including Hydrazine, Ammonia, Morpholine, Polyacrylamide (PAM), Potassium Hydroxide—within the last 03 (three) years in BPDB; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive.
4. Tenderers must submit a 1000g or 01 (one) liter each sample in a suitable packet, jar, or bottle to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, by 30/09/2026 at 5:00 PM to fulfill the requirements of the technical specifications; otherwise, the tenderer will be non-responsive.
5. After supplying the goods, the winning contractor must submit a laboratory test certificate for the supplied items issued by an authentic institution such as BUET, Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC), BSTI, or BCSIR prior to R&I. Otherwise, R&I will not be conducted, and the materials will be returned.
6. Tenderers must comply with the requirements specified in the TDS and PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a written undertaking committing to supply the estimated quantities in staggered deliveries/segments as requested by the purchaser.
8. Tenderers must submit End-User Certificate(s) as proof of chemical supply experience, including Hydrazine, Ammonia, Morpholine, Polyacrylamide (PAM), Potassium Hydroxide; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive.
