Brief Description of Package: Construction of new circuit house at Narail District (Sub Head: Supply and installation of 1000 Kg 02(Two) Nos (6 stops Passenger) Lift.

* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 21333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 64000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 21333333 ~ 64000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper).
b) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning minimum Tk. 180.00 (One Hundred Eighty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 205.00 (Two Hundred Five) Lakh only in the prescribed form mentioned in the STD against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
d) Manufacturer's Authorization Letter (e-PG3-5) from lift manufacturer must be submitted in prescribed format.
e) Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
f) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
g) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled
