* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Thre tenderer is required to have a single work order in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution within the last five financial years in any Rubber Dam site (it may be any rubber dam project or any double lifting irrigation project) under Chittagong Hill Tracts area. Taka 5.00 (Five) lakhs should have similar work (Construction of RCC work) experience.
b) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum Tk. 4.00 (Four Lakh) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5.00 (Five lakh) Lakh in last 6 (six) months before published the tender notice.
d) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submite proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption
e) Bill will be paymented with the availibility of fund.
