* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works experience of at least Tk 11,00,000 (eleven
lakh thousand) in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution under
single number of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required.
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the
Tenderer shall be Tk 11,00,000 (eleven lakh).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 11,00,000
(eleven lakh) over the last 5 years.
d) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents
must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submit proper
evidence of NBR Tax exemption.
e) Bill will be paymented with the availibility of fund from Regional Controller Accounts Office (RCA), Rangamati.
f) Tenderer (Proprietor) must be permanent resident of Rangamati or Khagrachhari or
Bandarban district (According to NID or Smart Card).
g) Experience of Canal excavation or re-excavation will not be accepted.
