Eligibility criteria:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works (Retrofitting work) experience of at least Tk 10,00,000 (ten lach) in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution under
single number of contracts over a period of 5 years shall be required.
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10,00,000 (ten lach).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10,00,000 (ten lach) over the last 5 years.
d) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submit proper
evidence of NBR Tax exemption.
e) Bill will be paymented with the availibility of fund from Regional Controller of Accounts (RCA) Office, Rangamati.
