Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/ Trading House will not be accepted.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years general experience in the supply of related goods & services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience in satisfactory completion of supply of Super Enameled Copper Wire of at least Tk. 3.0 crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case the tenderer is an authorized representative of the foreign manufacturer. The manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit minimum 15 (fifteen) Kg sample of Super Enameled Copper Wire (Size: SWG-20) along with manufacturer/factory test report at BMDA, Rajshahi Regional Store, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission along with manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded in the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN &BIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8. Tender should be submitted as per terms & conditions and technical specification of the tender schedule.
