Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of M.S. Column Pipe of minimum Tk. 70 lakh under a single contract in the last 05(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer(or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit samples of each item, namely i) Column Pipe ii) Delivery Pipe iii) 90 Degree Bend with Base Plate with drawing (if any) as per the description of BOQ of the tender to Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Sample submission receipt and manufacturer/factory test report must be uploaded along with the tender. Without samples,the proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate.
8. All other information and conditions detailed in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Particular Conditions of Contact (PCC), Technical Specifications and Special Terms & Conditions of the tender document must be adhered to.
