Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or an authorized representative of a foreign manufacturer.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years general experience in the supply of goods & related services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 3-Quarduplex Service Drop Cable of at least Tk. 55.00 lakh under a single contract in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. For local manufacturer, the manufacturer must have updated industrial license & environmental clearance certificate. For foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer must have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit a minimum 03 (three) meter sample of 3-Quarduplex Service Drop Cable sample along with drawing and manufacturer/factory test report to Rajshahi Regional Store,BMDA, Rajshahi.The receipt of sample submission along with manufacturer/factory test report and drawing must be uploaded with the tender. Without a sample,the proposal will not be considered for evaluation.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate (BIN).
8. All other information and conditions detailed in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS),Particular Conditions of Contract(PCC),Technical Specification,and Special Terms &Conditions of the tender document must be adhered to.
