Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 60000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 180000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 60000000 ~ 180000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Electro Mechanical Works.
(b) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of 800KVA sub-station equipment's with 300 KVA generator including related works completed within last 5 (five) years in a single contract with a value of at least TK. 400.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk. 175.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
(d) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 850.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(e) The tender capacity is Tk. 550.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
(f) The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
