Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333333 ~ 250000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Successful completion of a RCC building including civil, sanitary, electrification work with other ancillary work having a value not less than Tk.600.00 lakh in a single contract within last five years in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1000.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. . (must be submitted in Form e-PW3-2/e-PW3-3).
4. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/ working capital/credit facilities (in the PW3-8 form without any alteration) Tk.200.00 lakh. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
5. The Tender Capacity is Tk.650.00 lakh supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.(Ongoing work/Current commitment must be submitted in the Form of e-PW3-6A & the other documents in the form of e-PW3-6)
6.The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Vat shall be deducted from the contractor’s bill using the current NBR rate.
8. In case of JVCA, the minimum qualification requirements of Leading Partner, other Partner(s) and requirements by summation of a JVCA shall meet as described in ITT and in TDS. (must be submitted in Form e-PW3-3).
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
