Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
All e-Gp registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided they have the following qualifications as well as other qualifications mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet:
a. The intending tenderer's must enclose VAT Registration certificate, Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, and up-to-date ABC contractor and supervisory license.
b. General experience of the Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years of Construction Works.
c. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number construction works completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, with a value of at least Tk. 13.00 Lac in a single contract.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of e-PW2A-8 in original form) of Tk. 15.00 Lac. Other formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 15.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only
Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f. The tender capacity is Tk 15.00 Lac. Supporting information must be fill up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments). Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted.
g.Tenders are not allowed to form Joint Ventures to participate in this tendering process.
h.Vat shall be deducted from the contractor’s bill using the current NBR rate, regardless of the VAT rate specified in the PWD Schedule of Rates, which was used for estimation of this work.
All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
