Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer and shall have minimum 03(three) years overall production experience of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer.
2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of related goods & services.
3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer of minimum Tk.4.20 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years at REB/PBS or in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
6. The tenderer shall submit samples of 02 nos. of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA, Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission with manufacturer / factory test report must be uploaded with the tender.
7. Tenderer shall have valid & updated trade license, updated income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate, TIN, BIN and financial solvency certificate.
