Eligibility criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5(Five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
(b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1(One) contract of similar nature of building construction work successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9,75,000/- (Nine Lac seventy five thousand) only.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 27,00,000/- (Twenty seven lac) only over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lac) only. submitted in form PW2a-3 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
(e) Upto date Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate and BIN.
(f) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
