Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 466666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 466666 ~ 1400000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed contractors/Firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience.
2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift valued not less than Tk. 3,20,000/- (Three lac Twenty thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,90,000/- (Two lac ninety thousand) only during the last 05(Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 1,50,000/- (One lac fifty thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2A-8 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive.
5. Upto date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).
6. Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
7. Tenderer must submit sole distributorship certificate of Schindler Lift. (Supporting documents must be enclosed.)
8. Spare parts assurance certificate from the Schindler Lift. (Supporting documents must be enclosed.)
