Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience
2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of MACPAURSA Brand/equivalent brand valued not less than Tk. 8,20,000/- (Eight lac Twenty thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8,00,000/- (Eight lac) only during the last 05(Five) years.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 3,75,000/- (Three lac Seventy five thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2A-8 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive.
5. Upto date Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit).
6. The tenderer shall be the local agent/distributor of the lift (MACPAURSA) Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from manufacturer.
7. Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift (MACPAURSA) for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender.
8. Tenderer must have Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory licence issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
9. Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
