Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2020000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6060000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2020000 ~ 5000000.

3 Experience:
i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(Five) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services.
ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 16,18,000/- under maximum One contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years.
4 The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 16,18,000/-
5 Manufacturer’s authorization is: required.
6 After sales service is: required. (03 Years Warranty)
7 The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
a Bill Copy
b Challan Copy
c The invoice should be sent with the serial number of the goods provided by the importer or distributor.
8 The inspections and tests shall be :
9 Type of test: Product is Genuine or Not
10 Time or milestone: Product receiving period
11 Place: Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Jashore
12 Procedure: Test by the Receive Committee and Senior System Analyst.
13 The period of validity of the Warranty shall be : 03 (Three) Years.
14 The Supplier shall correct any defects covered by the Warranty within 2 two days of being notified by the PE of the occurrence of such defects.
15 Tenderer must submit the following documents:

ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
