Eligibility criteria:
Name of the works: Plastering and Painting of the exterior of the Administrative building, Painting of window grills of Jessore Education Board, Installation of tiles in the wash block on the 2rd floor of the administrative building and some sanitary works in various parts of the office.
Conditions:
01. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) Up-to-date or FY: 2024-2025 income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date or FY: 2024-2025 trade license.
iv) Up-to-date or FY: 2024-2025 Must have any one contractor license of LGED, PWD,
EED, HED, RHD, City Corporation, Pauroshova or any Government Organization.
v) Valid Authorization letter.
02. Experience:
i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(Three) years General experience.
ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar constriction work of minimum 21,50,000/- (Twenty one Lac and Fifty Thousand ) only under maximum One contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years.
03. Financial Criteria:
i) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 21,50,000/- (Twenty one Lac and Fifty Thousand ) only.
ii) Must Submit 10% Performance Security of quitted Amount.
iii) Tender/Proposal security Tk. 64,700/-
