* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.

Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 7500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) FY: 2024-25 and FY:2023-2024 income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii)Up-to-date FY: 2025-26 trade license.
iv) Valid Authorization letter
2.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 30,00,000TK (Thirty Lac Taka) Only
3.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar types of Goods (Aluminum Foil /HDPE/LDPE/PP etc)of minimum Tk. Tk.25,00,000TK (Twenty five Lac Taka) Only under maximum One contracts in the last 5(Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. Bank solvency paper should be mentioned tender id, tender reference number ,amount of Tk 30,00,000TK (Thirty Lac Taka) Only Date between Tender publish and Opening date.
5. Other required eligibility and conditions are shown in TDS, PCC, ITT
6.The bid must be submitted including VAT and tax.
7.VAT and Income Tax will be deducted from submitted Bill as per latest rule of NBR
8. The authority will issue a check after deducting VAT and tax from the submitted bill as per the latest rules.
9.The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs any time
10.Supplier must be tested Product in Govt Laboratory such as CSIRL,Jessore or CRTS,Khulna or BCSIR,Dhaka own responsibility and cost
11. Any organization associated with the Jessore Education Board's check fraud or black listed will not be able to submit tenders (e-GP/manual) for any tender of this board.
