Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer must have general experience of five (05) years.
b) The Tenderer must have a specific experience of any repair & maintenance works within the last 05 (Five) years having a value of not less than Tk. 2,500,000.00 (Twenty five lakh taka) under a single contract in Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Power Sector. The Tenderer must submit evidence(s) in the form of certificate(s) (End User Certificate / Work Completion Certificate / Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate) from the end users. Evidence(s) must contain full details of the Contracts such as organization name, Contract number, Contract Price of the supplied items, Final Contract Price as executed, completion period with date, details of the certificate issuing person etc. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchase Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
c) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than k. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakh Taka) over the last five (05) years. Supporting documents to be submitted. Years will be counted backward from the Tender publishing date.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4,000,000/- (Fourty lakh taka) on or after Tender publishing date. Supporting documents must be submitted (stating the amount).
