Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Income Tax Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) Years of general experiences in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT.
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lac only under 1 (one) contract over a period of last 3 (three) years as specific experience shall be required. [Years will be counted backwards from the date of publication of IFT/ Tender Notice in the e-GP System]
4. Average Annual Turnover shall be greater than or equal to Tk. 60 Lac (Taka Sixty Lac only) over the best 3 (three) years in last 5 (five) years.
5. Minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e. Working Capital (Last 6 months bank statement) or credit facility (mentioning the name of the work) of the Tenderer shall be greater than or equal to Tk. 40 (Forty) Lac only.
