Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years [Years counting backyard from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
2. The Bidder shall have a minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in the construction of On-Grid Solar Power Systems under Public Sector Project with a cumulative capacity of at least 100 kWp, completed under a maximum of two (2) contracts within the last three (3) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper], having a contract value of not less than BDT 50 (Fifty) lakh.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 85 (Eighty Five) Lac over the best 3 (Three) financial years in the last 5 (five) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 26.00 (Twenty-six) Lac.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 55.00 (Fifty-five)) Lac
