* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods in any Govt. power plant or in any Govt. entity of at least 01 (One) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60,000,00.00 (Sixty Lakh) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements (end user certificate).
The Tenderer shall have minimum amount as liquid asset or credit line facility of Tk 80,000,00.00 (Eighty Lakh), net of other contractual commitments at the time of tender submission (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit valid and updated Trade license, TIN, Income Tax Certificate/Tax Paid acknowledgement slip and VAT registration certificate.
