Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 27500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Construction works as prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in Master drain, Internal Road, boundary wall/ retaining wall construction works/building Construction works of Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous organization at least 01 contract of similar types works i.e. Master drain, Internal Road, boundary wall/ retaining wall construction works/ building construction works,complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, which with a value of at least Tk. 1,84,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Four Lakh).Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP web portal.
3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,50,00,000.00 (Three Crore Fifty Lakh) over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 82,50,000.00 (Eighty Two Lakh Fifty Thousand).
5) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 2,40,00,000.00 (Two Crore forty Lakh).
6) All interested contractors must be visit the construction site area & submit "Declaration of Site Visit" on their letter head pad.
