* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 666666 ~ 2000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Brief Eligibility and Qualification of Tenderer
a) Thre tenderer is required to have a single work order in any Government/Semi-Goverment/Autonomous Institution within the last three financial years anywhere in the three hill districts TK. 5 (Five) lakhs should have similar work experience of Construction work. Experience of RCC Construction work are also accepted.
b) Tenderer must submit trade license, VAT and Income Tax certificate. All documents must be up to date. To avail Tax exemption, Tribal Traders have to submite proper evidence of NBR Tax exemption
c) The Tenderer shall have average annual construction turnover of minimum TK 5 (Five) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years. The work order and completion certificates of the completed works during last 5 ( five) years should be submitted to calculate average annual turnover. Contractor will have to submit the statement of average annual construction turnover for the said amount / the document submitted
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities for the Tenderer shall be 5 (Five) Lakhs in last 6 ( six) months before published the tender notice. For credit facilities, sanctioned amount of line of credit & up to date balance of line of credit should be clearly mentioned in credit facilities certificate.
