Eligibility criteria:

This invitation Tender is open to all eligible for contractors having the following qualifications :-
(a) Up to date valid Trade License.(2023-2024)
(b) Up to date Income Tax clearance certificate.(2022-2023)
(c) Valid A, B & C Category Contractor & supervisor License.
(d) VAT Registration Certificate .
(e) Having experience in successfull completion of similar nature of works amounting Taka 8.00 lac of Government /Semi-government organisation in a single tender during the last 05(five) year. The Certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(f) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 7.00 lac and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PW2 form.
(g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 21.00 lac over the last 05 years.
(h) Tender capacity Tk.8.00 lac.
