Eligibility criteria:
(a)Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned in TDS, ITT.

(b)The Minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Lifts and related services as supplier Shall be 05(Five) years.

(c)The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Lift of at least 01(One) Contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 240.00 (Two hundred forty) lac under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.

(d)The minimum supply capacity of Lift are 4 Nos per year.

(e)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 250.00(Two hundred fifty) lac and to be submitted from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in PG3-8 form. The certificate submitted along with the tender must be issued within tender publication and submission date.

(f)Each bidder must be the Sole agent of the lift brand proposed in the tender and the bidder must submit its all valid supporting documents issued by original manufacturing company. Manufacturer’s certificate stating that the bidder has sufficient trained and experienced manpower to install, test and commission the lift as per EN 81-21 code and relevant standard and conformities.

(g)The Tenderer must possess and submit up to date valid trade license, A, B & C Category Supervisory & Contactor’s license, VAT Registration certificate & Income tax clearance certificate.

(h)The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard.
